WHEN TO USE: on nails as a conditioning treatment 

HOW TO USE: apply Avo Care liberally to cuticles and nails. Gently massage each finger for 30 seconds to stimulate blood circulation around the cuticle and in the nail bed. Use daily - even overtop of properly cured / dried nail color. important: when using Avo Care as part of your nail regimen prior to applying polish - then after massaging Avo Care into cuticles, remove any residue from nails with soap and water before proceeding with rest of manicure, this will ensure polish will adhere properly.
